Depending on the product type, we deliver in two ways:
- Our own delivery service : We personally deliver large or fragile fireplaces to your home. This way, we can guarantee that your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
- PostNL : For smaller packages and accessories, we partner with PostNL . You'll receive a track & trace code so you can easily follow your order.

Absolutely! Bioethanol fireplaces generate a surprisingly high amount of heat. The amount of heat depends on the size of the burner. Larger burners can generate up to 16 kW , while freestanding fireplaces average around 4 kW . Ideal for both ambiance and comfort.

Cleaning is simple. Use a warm, slightly damp cloth to clean the exterior and interior of the fireplace. Note: Never wet an automatic burner , as this can damage the electronics.

For Höfats table fireplaces, we always recommend using official Höfats bioethanol for optimal performance and safety. For other fireplaces, such as Wild Flame or Holdbare fireplaces, you can also use Wild Flame bioethanol .
Automatic bioethanol burners usually use a pump. It's helpful to have a 5-liter bioethanol jerrycan on hand for easy refilling. -
Absolutely! Retaining fireplaces are designed to deliver at least the same heat output as brands like LeFeu or Cocoon Fires , but at a more affordable price . They're also made of high-quality materials and available from stock.

Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Or if you have a custom fireplace.
