First use and refilling the burner

Fill the burner completely with bioethanol.
Wait 10–15 minutes and refill to the maximum.
Repeat this one more time for full saturation.
Then place the burner with the bracket in the dome.
Allow the burner to burn out completely the first 3 times.

Extinguishing and refilling (manual burners)

Close the flame regulator in steps: close a little → wait 2 minutes → close it further.
Are the flames still there? Blow gently to extinguish them.
Always wait at least 30 minutes after use before refilling.
For best results, use only high-quality bioethanol.

Automatic burners

Our automatic burners are equipped with an integrated filling system . Thanks to the included pump , the burner is refilled safely and easily, without spills or risks.

Operating the fireplace is extremely user-friendly:

You can easily switch the burner on or off using the remote control or app .
The system automatically ensures safe ignition and an even flame.

This way, you can enjoy an atmospheric and controlled flame effect at the touch of a button.
