A modern insert burner for a built-in fireplace with a characteristic, innovative wave-shaped LINE flame line produced by KAMI , which makes the flame more dynamic and spatial. The bioethanol burner insert for the built-in fireplace is made of high-quality 1.5 mm thick steel, powder-coated with a heat-resistant black semi-matte finish. The insert cover consists of two parts: a precisely laser-cut element made of 5 mm thick sheet steel, also protected with the same heat-resistant paint as the frame. This protects the part that heats up the most from any deformation and fully retains its original shape. The perfect fit of the cover edge guarantees precise flame size control and quick and easy extinguishing.

It is recommended to install the burner only in materials that can withstand higher temperatures; the upper part of the burner housing can reach temperatures of up to approximately 80 degrees Celsius. When using plasterboard, we recommend only the fire-resistant version.

NOTE - This Line burner comes in two models: built-in for indoor use and built-in for outdoor use. Outdoor bioethanol burners are not suitable for indoor use; they are only suitable for built-in use in patio fireplaces!

Caution: Allow the burner to burn out completely the first 3 times and ensure continuous ventilation.
If the burner gets too hot, it may get too much oxygen in the wool, causing the flames to persist. When closing the flame regulator, do so gradually. Close it slightly, wait for two minutes, then close it further and wait another two minutes. If the burner continues to burn, gently blow on it, and the flames will go out. We recommend letting the burner burn out completely until the bioethanol in the burner is used up. After turning it off, don't refill it until it has cooled down, for at least 30 minutes.

First use and refilling the burner

Fill the burner completely with bioethanol.
Wait 10–15 minutes and refill to the maximum.
Repeat this one more time for full saturation.
Then place the burner with the bracket in the dome.
Allow the burner to burn out completely the first 3 times.

Extinguishing and refilling (manual burners)

Close the flame regulator in steps: close a little → wait 2 minutes → close it further.
Are the flames still there? Blow gently to extinguish them.
Always wait at least 30 minutes after use before refilling.
For best results, use only high-quality bioethanol.

A bioethanol fireplace burns organic fuel (bioethanol). The liquid is poured into the burner and safely ignited with a long lighter. Within seconds, real flames appear, spreading warmth and ambiance. Because the combustion is smokeless and odorless , no flue or gas connection is required. Automatic burners are even simpler: they are refilled with a pump and operated via a remote control or app.
